About floating Seal:

Floating seals consist of two identical metal rings, each with a rubber seal attached to it. The two rings are placed face-to-face, with the rubber seals facing each other. The space between the two rings is filled with a lubricating fluid, such as oil or grease. When the two rings are pressed together, the rubber seals create a tight seal that prevents the lubricating fluid from leaking out.

The design of floating seals allows them to compensate for axial and radial movement between the two components they are sealing. This makes them ideal for use in applications where there is a lot of vibration or movement, such as heavy machinery.
Floating seals work by creating a tight seal between two components. When the two components move relative to each other, the floating seal compensates for this movement by maintaining a constant gap between the two metal rings. The gap is filled with the lubricating fluid, which keeps the two metal rings from coming into contact with each other.
The rubber seals on the floating seal are designed to be self-aligning, which means that they can adjust to minor misalignments between the two components they are sealing. This ensures that the floating seal maintains an effective seal even if there is some movement or vibration.
