The working principle of the elastic coupling is to install an integral elastic ring between the protruding claws of the two half couplings with the same shape. between the two halves of the coupling. The power is transmitted through the extrusion between the convex claw and the elastic ring, and the relative offset of the two shafts is compensated by the elastic deformation of the elastic ring to achieve vibration reduction and buffering. The elastic coupling is stable and reliable in operation, and has excellent vibration damping, buffering and electrical insulation functions.

When the elastic coupling is drilling, there is a downward axial force and a torsion force.
