Coupling Information:
1. For the diesel engine power unit equipped with a reduction gear box, it can reduce the knock on the gear surface when the torque is fluctuating and prolong the service life of the gear.
2. It has good damping and vibration reduction characteristics, which can absorb part of the vibration energy, reduce the vibration amplitude when passing through the vibration point, and reduce the torsional vibration stress of the shaft section.
3. It can absorb and reduce the fluctuation of the output torque of the diesel engine. For the diesel engine power unit equipped with a reduction gear box, it can reduce the knock on the gear surface when the torque is changed, and prolong the service life of the gear.
4. It can compensate for axis deviation. It is not only highly elastic in torsion, but also elastic in axial, radial and angular directions. It is easier to center during installation and can compensate for errors caused by deformation of the hull and machine base after installation. , to ensure the normal operation of the diesel engine and shafting.
5. It can realize vibration reduction and isolation of solid sound and insulation current of the base. After the diesel engine is installed with a vibration damping base, relative vibration occurs between it and the shaft system. Only when an elastic ring coupling that is elastic in the axial, radial and angular directions is installed, the damper can be installed under the main engine. Vibrating the base, at the same time, it can isolate solid sound and reduce noise. Since the elastic ring coupling adopts natural rubber components, it has good insulation performance and can prevent axial current.
